The sales department is the brain of our team providing solutions to brokers, hobbyists, OEM's, and CM's across the globe. Our rep's have an average of 3 years training & experience in part identification and QC before they are accepted into the sales team.
Our sales persons are specialists in customer service, and knowledgeable in the products they provide.
The Defenders
After-Quote-Service is your personal sidekick.
Our AQS department is the voice of the customer. AQS has one motive: to work in your best interest. As such, their commission structure has been built to match. The commission is calculated strictly on the number of invoices processed. They are equally motivated to fully support any order, regardless of value, and have no incentives to refuse a return request. As a result, each customer is not only satisfied, but thrilled to return again.
The result? You have an "inside man" ... who comes with a butler and an insurance plan.
The Caterers
The Shipping Departments ensure accuracy and timeliness.
The shipping departments present our visible and tangible reflection, and are the face of the team. These departments are built on the shoulders of an efficient staff, with diverse backgrounds including electrical engineering.
Our parts verification policy ensures that any product in 3rd party packaging must be confirmed via Manufacture Data Sheets prior to shipping. Our packing team understands the importance of precision and appearance, and are given great incentives to detect and address discrepancies and ship accurate orders.
